Welcome to Touching on Safety,
Body Boundaries for Kids
A program giving parents strategies
for protecting young children against
the ever-increasing threat of child sexual abuse
Everyone knows the phrases we repeat frequently to our small children,
such as "Stop, Drop and Roll, Look both ways before crossing the street, and Don’t talk to strangers". You review these safety rules to protect them from potential dangers which exist in our environment. Did you ever consider the potential danger of child sexual abuse? What about adding another phrase to your safety rules -- Say no, get away, tell someone today!

Despite alarming statistics, many parents still think it could never happen in their families. Unfortunately, young children are the most vulnerable. Lacking the understanding to recognize danger, they always trust those around them.
We developed Touching On Safety, Body Boundaries for Kids for two reasons. We desired to inform parents about the importance of early intervention and we realized there are limited resources available for young children. The content of our program is based on research, personal exposure to child sexual abuse, and experience as parents.
We believe parents have the most consistent ability to impact a child’s learning. Our program gives parents simple strategies that can be easily used every day and incorporated into the family’s existing routine of safety education.
THE TIME IS NOW!
Together we can take action to protect our children.
